Good post mate.
Im not so sure they will need a CR at all though, perhaps there was a time for it a few months back on the premise they couldn’t manage ops but as we have seen they simply pulled back on the lending lever so was just a case of tread water until the BNPL funding is put in place then they bank the receivables for a rainy day.
if I’m a bank I’d would require a customer base that offers a great deal of volume for transactions before providing funding for the BNPL arm. Enter SOGO.
