Incorrect.
Kitara (Tolga) did not sell any shares on 14th November 2023.
His holding was diluted because he did not take up his full entitlement in the CR and the extra shares when issued for the CR and then the ATM facility caused his holding to slip below the 5% required reporting level.
If anything has changed since then a current Top 20 Shareholder list would be required to show that.
