Are we surprised that EV sales have slowed down, I know there is a nice green feeling to be had by owning an EV but for many it is a price thing and a range thing.
Cheapest EV is still a lot more $ than same model in ICE car, and the range in cheapest EV is not great.
I think the people that are willing to pay more for the green feeling have largely moved into an EV.
If I could get an EV with real world range over 500km and at a drive away price around $45k I would have one.
Right now that is probably 5 years away and may never happen at that price.
Have to add that I think the Li/Spod prices are being manipulated down with fake news, but if prices recover when will i get my EV at $45k?
