Don't know if I'm wide of the mark here, but seems to me the partnerships and JV's they have at this stage are largely for smaller components - luxury watch cases, fasteners, performance bike and micromobility parts, consumer electronics, even titanium plate for Lockheed.
With a relatively modest start-up volume of 125 tonnes, these smaller components enable them to access a diverse range of markets and applications, and make the most of their initial capacity while getting maximum bang for their buck.
Exciting times.
