Clearly, IPX isn’t dependent on Titan. So why waste valuable capital if permits aren’t forthcoming.
Instead, focus on proving scale up. And focus on securing scrap supply and customers.
If Titan is approved, it’s icing on the cake. Very valuable icing. But it doesn’t break IPX if approvals aren’t received. IPX remains a 10-50 bagger, maybe more.
