    Has IPX under raised because there was an expectation that US Government funding would be forthcoming?

    The commentary here on HC and from IPX is that USG funding is all but inbound. There is an expectation, and from you too.

    IPX’s growing pains will come from issues around funding each stage of the 2 projects. Belief in IPX and its projects has driven the market valuation to where it is, but caution has overcome exuberance for now.
