IPX is funded to now start producing American made Titanium products, and if it's only 125T per year, have reset a new industry within the states.... worrying about being under funded when you've re booted it, and with Taso's confidence in attaining the available USD in grants to shore things up, is missing the bigger picture, In my opinion.
