I'd guess the market is still processing, the 50% jump in the last weeks.
Cash position was 11m$ at the end of 2022 and they used 9m$ in the first half of 2022.

Surely new cash is needed for the coming months but i'm not sure if they'll use a CR for this.
If they are indeed finalizing customer discussions with bigger partners (as Taso said in his latest interviews) i'm sure they will announce that first.

The TDF construction costs are mentioned to be around 23m$

Presentation says:

"An assessment of various funding alternatives available to the Company has been made based on precedent transactions that have occurred in the industrial and metals sectors. The assessment indicates that, given the nature of the TDF and TCF-1, funding is likely to be available from a combination of government grant and loan programs (discussed below), project level debt financing, equipment financing, traditional equity, offtake prepayments and streams, royalty prepayments and streams, and strategic equity, at either the Company and/or project level.Given the capital requirements of the TDF, IperionX is confident in its ability to fund the development via equity capital markets in the event that no government incentives or debt financing options are available."

So there are quite a number of CR alternatives
