    XIP has traded so poorly for so long the market will take some convincing. 
    Having said that, if the QIP/XIP merger were to proceed then XIP would be worth $1.94 at the current QIP price, and together with the fact that IPH bought $33m @ $1.85, it is a bit bewildering.
