This is what happens when different members of the board, pressured by fund managers, interfere to thwart her plans. The papers obviously got a scent of some of the alternative plans and I expect they didn't agree or she couldn't get them to agree among themselves. Unfortunately, where I've seen this elsewhere it turns ugly at least for a while I wouldn't be surprised if it coincides with the recent SP low and major SP movement.
