Well I for one see this as a positive, originally sounding like an industrialist to rather quickly becoming an ESG score flake whilst building a lot of extra fat into the business and unable to prove value in the demerger to investors and board, repeating it will unlock value but failing to explain/demonstrate how without destroying fertilizer, she had to go and I expect the departure will please institutions, further I would hope the board favor an Alan Joyce style of CEO in their search and I welcome that first announcement of "cross the board cost cuts"
