The demerger was way too expensive. Why bother demerging, if it has dis-synergies (If there is such a word). Hope somebody entrepreneurial can be found, as they are in a potentially hot sector for the first time in a long time.
If there is a suitor out there - they will have to pay more without the poor post demerger metrics that were presented.
