This IPO is good for share holder, but add nothing to DDD as a business, nor secure needed fund to Adelong project.
I guess they went to market for fund, the banker like Cosmo more than Adelong, willing to give money to Cosmo, not Adelong.
Not to add negative to a share I own, but I just cannot understand.
There are many other options: farm out, sell the project, royalty, partnership, etc. Why IPO?
The directors will collect their fee and options either way.
