The experienced Directors are 1) Brian Gilbertson. If Brian Gilbertson puts a load of his own money into Juno then it might be worthwhile. However, I]d doubt whether Brian Gilbertson is that stupid , I'd bet that Brian Gilbertson only puts in a token amount into the IPO.
2) Again if Hans Mende (JMS substantial shareholder and Director) puts more than a token amount of his own money into Juno then I'll be very surprised.
This Juno IPO is just a way for them to capitalise and off load a dead duck.
However I'm sure they'll drag in a load of suckers.
Do you have any idea of the capital requirements to get these iron ore projects off the ground?
The Directors had no intention of trying to fund this through JMS as they know from their
"very experienced and competent" that it would not be possible and could possibly destroy JMS with considerable debt.
