So jupiters wil be given 120mil shares which they will disperse to JMS holders. Considering there are 1.95Billion shares on issue, we will get one share in JUNO for each 16.25 JMS shares we hold.
Juno will be given 5mil in cash by JMS, raise another $20m in cash and will have 200m shares on issue which will make the MC of the company 50m at IPO price and an EV of 25mil
Now to look at the prospectus to see if this is wothwhile, but it is obvious a couple think it is well worthwhile.
Not sure if as JMS holders we get preference to IPO share or not.
