    "GWR formally activated the dispute resolution process set out in the Deposit Identification and Mining Joint Venture Agreement and as a consequence representatives of the parties met in an attempt to resolve the dispute but were unable to do so. Either party is now entitled to refer the dispute to mediation but as at the date of this Prospectus this has not occurred."
