... and why seed capital was required when Western Gold Resources and it's assets was already a wholly owned subsidiary of GWR. I am hoping the seed capital was provided by GWR then at least GWR (and ultimately the shareholders of GWR) will benefit from the holding. If not, it smells pretty off to me.
