That is the aim of the game...I sold too early, surprised by its strength as the market has dropped since the start of the year and wasn't overly impressed by quarterly numbers. Still made a good profit though, so not complaining.

While I read about the cooling measures last year, sounds like they don't come into effect until the 2014 Budget, whenever that is. Shaun doesn't seem overly phased in his quotes, but you wouldn't say so if you were. Don't think its been mentioned in recent company commentary has it?

Anyway, will keep watching the Weekly and Daily charts, I am not a great chartist, but getting hints of divergence on both, weekly looks like a nice left shoulder formed, maybe now forming a head? Any experts out there?
