This is nice data but tempered by the fact it is only "just" statistically significant @ p=0.056. In the academic biomedical research world which I work in, you want to see a p<0.05 or better. Thats why the data in the full paper is important to go through because it will show the standard deviations (SD) or standard error of the mean (SEM) of the groups, which is crucial to better understanding the variations and the statistical outcomes.

Still a small patient cohort and clearly there is large variation in the small sample size that hopefully will be smoothed out by the larger P3 study.
All looking positive but need to keep it in perspective imo.
