Minister for Foreign Affairs.
She has done more to repair relations with China than any previous minister, including securing the release Cheng Lei. Cheng Lei commentary confirmed previous government inactions and underlying intent to create friction with China. (This is not a political comment rather an observation of a post release interview).
More importantly I know via other direct means that Chinese based mining companies have been given clear instructions by the CCP to black ban deals with Aust companies. This has now changed as they're now open for business.
It's up to PAR via Angle Pond to deliver. Yes it takes time and will be complex to bring them into existing trials but there are no more excuses for the PAR BOARD. (They've had these ongoing discussions now for over a year.)
Note I'm confident PAR understands all this!
