The therapy impacts on the at least one or more or all of the disease processes occurring within the joint in 80-90% of subjects with only 12 shots over 6 weeks of subcutaneous dosing. (I ponder on whether the 10-20% would benefit from 7-10 weeks? - well, it’s safe). We have the data to prove this.

Zilosul is addressing an unmet medical need, the TGA and FDA have already acknowledged this, as we have USA FDA fast track and the TGA (who know us well as the drug is available for special access) asked us to show duration of therapeutic benefit, which we just did….. oh and we will show them we casually allow the body to regrow cartilage too. Might be something in this???? we are applying now for TGA provisional approval.

We are about to head into Stage 2 of our Phase 3 global trial.

We have 2x phase2b trials completed with consistent, safe and superb results given the cohort of patients are grade 2/3/4 knee OA and have failed other conservative approaches and are awaiting a knee replacement. Tough crowd? Yep.

Our drug molecule is 70 years into its refinement process and it’s considered unique, unlikely to be replicated - we have an exclusive supply for 25 years with the privately owned, historically loyal, GERMAN manufacturer.

And…….. there is more goodies, but go turn over atleast one rock yourself, other than have dinner with your HNW clients and trade in and out of shares AND participate in one of the great ASX stories. Paul Rennie, our next market legend!
