One thing I couldn't figure out was what needs to be done to change the phase 3 trial to twice weekly dosage? It says that once weekly has no meaningful change over placebo so they need to adjust the dosage plan for the phase 3. Will that require any new application to the FDA or just an adjustment within the trial? Might have read it wrong so feel free to point me out on it.
