I'm happy to apologies if I've hurt your feelings but I've reread your post and still don't agree with it as being factual accurate.
Perhaps you could elaborate on what basis do you think it was costs material amounts to update protocol for Stage 2 of 002 from 1.5mg/kg x 2 to 2mg/kg x 2?
The FDA requested this lower dosage and the purpose of the staged gate approach was to ensure statistically significance. In other words not entirely unexpected.
