    Developers have lots more money to spend than agents. But the searches and traffic for those properties is a fraction of that of resale listings.
    The strategy of most portals is to gain traffic by being comprehensive in resale properties and then to divert those eyeballs to the more lucrative development listings.
    With just developments, this is destined to forever be a niche site.
