Of course nobody has to buy more shares if they don't wish to qualify for the First Mongolian. But at present there is virtually zilch information for shareholders to come to a belief "that this latest venture is worthwhile."

The announcement goes on to say: "Together with the due diligence committee, SIS will be preparing a prospectus for First Mongolian for the proposed ASX listing."

I trust that this will be available for us to digest well before the GCN's books closing date for this entitlement.

Why? Well it could be that the due diligence committee and SIS in the end decide it is not a venture that offers value to GCN shareholders.
