Come to think of it, whatever happened to BOOM?

I have seen no clarification of this week's announcement that plugged Boom - a company with claimed advertising links to Singapore Tourism, Logitech, Coca-Cola Amatil, Unilever, Lion, Nokia, Electronic Arts, Sony and Tourism NT.

This was the funny (peculiar) thing. Nobody was able to find out where Boom exists.

I pinned some faith on GCN's WiFi advertising, and have said this on HC.

In the past I understood that Richard Li, or his close connections, read HC posts. Maybe that understanding is wrong.

Certainly it now looks as if bona fide concerns are being treated with disregard by management.

Shall we be told that this is another case where we should lie back trustingly and wait, because all is for the best in the best of all possible worlds?

And this one's for the weekend - 'Boom GoConnect' = 'No cogent combo'. Nostradamus used anagrams, so why shouldn't we - in the absence of clarifying announcements.
