IQbuds™ ACHIEVE CERTIFICATION AND COMMENCES SHIPPING
PERTH, Western Australia – Nuheara Limited (Company), Australia’s only ASX listed consumer wearables
technology company, is pleased to announce that IQbuds™ have achieved RCM certification for
Australia and New Zealand and that subsequently, the Company has now commenced the fulfillment
process for Australian and New Zealand pre-order customers.
Commenting on achieving such significant milestones, Nuheara CEO Justin Miller said, “A great number
of people have placed enormous faith in our ability to design, manufacture and deliver a quality
product. As such, it is a proud day for all Nuheara employees, shareholders, partners, and of course our
committed pre-order customers, to have achieved this certification and commenced the fulfillment
process.”

The Company also advises that it is still awaiting final certifications in the USA, Canada and Europe. It is
anticipated that the official US (FCC) and Canadian (IC) certifications are imminent, with the testing now
complete and no adverse findings recorded. However, the European certification (CE) may take longer
than anticipated to complete, possibly until the end of January, as newly instituted European battery
testing regulations have extended the testing process.
With the now staggered approval dates of the various certifications, it is expected that pre-order
customers will be fulfilled throughout the course of January and February 2017. Retail product
availability is then expected in March/April 2017.
