    Yes, the NZ operations were $4.4m below EBIT forecast - that is a huge miss, in fact they missed their NZ domestic revenue number by 10%, which seems incredible.

    No wonder they wanted to acquire the rest of OCA - if it wasn't for OCA they would be looking at a 20% EBIT miss

    Now that they have acquired 100% of OCA and consolidated OCA, there would be no non-controlling interest??
