As at the half year all the debt was with ANZ. Be interested to know exactly that they have agreed to rollover and increase their facility. Circa $15mln earnout payment due shortly which will have to be funded by debt. This sector is under huge pressure due to regulators taking a much more closer look at how the funding works. Any educational business with govt funding should trade at a discount i believe as there is risk that the funding can change quickly in an adverse fashion, particularly as it involves Government. I wish this mob well as they have done well to try and build a trans-tasman business. Wil be a tough few years ahead i suspect.
