Thanks, but I knew the risks - can't really 'blame' anything/anyone other than myself.
From reviewing my actions, I under-estimated the chance of a TEC review/questionable practice (especially since they had cobbled together a number of smaller businesses). Furthermore, I didn't put enough emphasis on the fact that management are below-average.

I expect the TEC know what they're after... They would just be looking to confirm their suspicions.
