I my guess is that Stardust has seen gold-dust in the drill cores - news can be withheld from ASX when negotiations are being conducted in confidence - but only for a certain time, and usually ASX needs advise or they will issue a speeding ticket or request VS or impose it themselves.

So! Given the nature of news recently and Stardust keen to come on as cornerstone investor, IMO news from Tin will be good, and possibly other potential spod sources too. That's just 'reading between the lines' stuff - not advice.
