I will be interested as well. This is 320 million shares on ASX since 10 Oct and a good number on the other board. There will be a lot of shortfall. The BOD are only stumping $60K between them. TS would be up for $320K. The BOD just do not have the cash themselves. A lot of the top 20 have their shares from deals done in the past. Thus it is unlikely that they will stump up. It will be interesting to see the top 20 after the rights issue.
