    That’s not true. If insiders knew for example that there would be a capital raising at 5 cents, then it’s only logical that they would selling above 5 cents as they know they would have another opportunity to buy back in at 5 cents later on… just speculation on my part but I’ve seen this scenario happen many times before. Could of course be other reasons as well…
