(at the risk of cross promotion), i agree with your view regarding BEL's share price, it will lag, but it should move in sympathy with SRK....any decision to monetise its holding will see BEL close its valuation gap.
It will be interesting to see if BEL uses its priority in the LEL float, though free cash may hinder that somewhat
