Also need to consider if they do look at shipping some of the ore (as opposed to it being entirely consumed by the Whyalla steel mill) what are the limits on shipping through the Port. I know Port Headland had a cap a while back to reduce the turbidity/environmental impact the ramp up in iron ore exports would have on the ecosystem. I wonder if the Whyalla Port has a similar cap in place.
