It is on my mind, i'm thinking thats what fex's recent director was recruited for.

What ever % ownership of the company 10-20% of acorpion and Maltham with a seat at the table.
Maltham is chairman of franco Nervada australian arm which is alsway on the look for more gold.

Might be a long shot but has always been my belief.

Fex would be slightly de risked too woth a company in other metals plus access to the 30% earnings.

When we look at it like that it doesnt seem so bad.

The other side of me says why would Fex bother with ownership.
It would be easier if fex did a commercial loan agreement to SCN that way Fex earns the interest.

Since the captial raising is delayed i can only assume that SCN is haveing trouble securing funds,
Given the record of an ex director this starts to make sense as some of the substantial holders are related parties to him.

Time will tell i guess.
