We just need a bit more info how much etc: that will come in due course.
Fisher has stated that they will mine the iron ore. This will add value to the project,I see no reason why they can't utilize some of the equipment already ordered.
With regard to WVL not so sure on this one, its had big problems in the past. Several attempts to get it up and running, also seems they have a concern with extracting the vanadium. They are using magnets and it appears its not working too well.
