this still doesn't leave enough buffer for commodity cycles, and stress tests such as current inflation and operating costs, labor, construction costs ect
don't get me wrong it's still profitable 90% of the time under these current projections, but, we know from other operations just how detrimental the bottom line can be if these scale operations go into cars and maintenance. all the lithium miners found that the hard way
