The harbinger of a cap raising is an unexpected investor presentation. They usually follow each other like night and day. However, we had an investor presentation on 25/6 and no cap rating as yet. This makes me optimistic that something beneficial is going on behind the scenes. Be aware I am an eternal optimist.
