    Decision to mine is what you should be concerned about NOT "first shipment".

    IRD assembled another brick in the wall in yesterdays 2021 AGM report.

    P13 wherein they have negotiated a relief from 3.5 % state royalty down to 2 % through to June 2026

    Now there is a clue.

    Time to commit !
