    Yeah, but the port itself has to become the life line of South Australia's largely building Magnetite Iron Ore sector, even without the steel mill, the port itself needs to be built in order to get the critical minerals that are starting to come on out of the ground in the next five years. Let alone the agriculture products, i am invested in a number of exciting projects in South Australia right now, and they all seem to have a road going to this port to ship from.

    This in itself makes IRD very valuable in my mind. Looking 5 - 10 years down the road, as I like to do in the investing game, having an ownership right of the port, then a very large parcel of valuable magnetite to ship, and hey lets produce our own green steel at the same time using our own ore and ship it out of our own port.

    28cents will be an f,n bargain five years from now!
