re: Ann: Iron Valley Project - Construction C... This is a big moment for IOH. LT holders will remember the failed gate sale deal with RIO - this new deal has been a very long time coming and we are in the home straight now. Kudos to Alwyn he has done a great job here.
No mention of the six month "take or pay" clause in the original agreement... I wonder if this still applies or if it has been renegotiated to allow MRL some breathing space in case of delays.
No matter, I think MRL will get the job done and let's hope the first revenues from Iron Valley arrive in time for a Christmas present!
