“With a strong treasury position and ongoing progress with the Project financing, Ironbark is confident to proceed with these early site activities with the intention of achieving major milestones this year on site.

“We are taking a ship to site that will allow us to mobilise a large amount of supplies such as fuel and equipment in preparation for large scale operations. Ironbark intends to take in mining equipment to commence breaking ground this year and other site works. Shipping to occur in August, sounds like finance  isn't expected to occur until after that time. It may be a case of get everything in this summer as finance may not occur until winter so it is better to be set up early. In any case it is pretty bullish. Could also be a case of them needing to tick as many boxes as possible early so the money can be expected sooner and financing will be more attractive.

Agree that it sounds like the Chinese are not going to be coming to the party to help set up the mine, although someone posted an article where China NonFerrous said something along the lines of wanting to take a controlling stake once mining has commenced, we shall see if that comes to be.
