I agree entirely, I am rather bemused by the announcement after previous announcements but I can't comment on here about the company's legal obligation. Let's hope they respond to your email to clear things up. In any case I think they will eventually get a shipment out sometime after June this year and it may be that the appointment of Wayne Richards has set a new methodical approach that will see all the remaining pre-production and commissioning boxes ticked. FYI when a company goes into commissioning that is basically "production" and a shipment of iron ore could occur anytime after June IMO. We shall see.
