Only ~10% dilution kermit. Not too bad all things considering. Company this close now to being a producer still with <100m shares on issue. This has to be considered a big success.
Hopefully now the remaining funds will come via debt in the next few weeks and the oppies will be converted. Assuming so and we are actually shipping at or near 1mtpa by the end of the year does anyone have a realistic MC in mind? ~100m shares on issue (oppies converted) with a MC of 200m and a sp of $2 seems achievable to me by years end.
