If they raised say 35 mill from a cap raising, they would then dilute the entire company and therefore future ownership of the real deal and that is stages 2 and 3. This is only the short term DSO, which will deliver good profits but importantly they ahve engaged two major chinese companies, one for funding and one for offtake.
Given previous estimtes this should still deliver 30 mill gross revenue/annum for dso to ife, fully funded now. WITH LESS THAN 50 million shares on issue!!!!!!!
