I firmly believe that outcomes surrounding Rudd's RSPT will be the determining factor with respect to foreign investment. I dont believe that foreign investment will cease should the tax grab be introduced, but it will dampen the interest in the project and increase the cost of finance.

The more IFE can do internally the better; less dilution and more retention of the stage 1a project.

I wonder how the contractor scenario is playing out now? on the cards still? I will call Mr Finch and discuss.
