I’m certainly no expert in US legal matters, but some general thoughts …

- Commission Agents are a risk, in my experience they tend to talk off script more often than employees and perhaps some have gone too far (in this case there could be a case limited to a few CA’s - embarrassing, but nothing to cause too much distress).
- NXS seems to be on solid ground with its published material, FDA approval etc
- A competitor wanting to throw up road blocks and a distributor wanting a piece of the action lends itself to confirming Xperience is a winning product
- there are some protections regarding vexatious litigation and such collusion between competitors to target NXS would be illegal under their antitrust laws.

I’m sure Judith will be fielding questions on Monday’s webinar about this, so I’ll sit tight and consider what she says.
