IMO the IRX strategy literally gets worse by the day and the market certainly didn’t think anything positive about this news.

GW Pharma, now owned by Jazz Pharmaceuticals, already has a granted patent for the treatment of cancer pain using THC and CBD. The drug is called Sativex and it’s sold as a mouth spray for the treatment of a number of indications, including neuropathic pain, cancer pain, spasticity and MS. The drug is marketed in partnership with large pharmaceutical companies including Bayer, Novartis and Otsuka.

There is nothing novel or inventive about what IRX are proposing, this is already a drug owned by a USD $7 billion company. I wonder what other ideas promoted by IRX have already been invented and patented by other company’s?

IMO the company is just treading water until they find a new deal. And that could be the catalyst for a deeply discounted placement to reset Peak and the inner circle.
