Whatever dollars he is asking has to be above $5m @ 4. to 4.5c 110m to 125m shares for every $5m.
So the exercise of a CR under 5m will be fruitless and under 10m may be unlikely.
i dont have my connections at Hartleys anymore, so hopefully a quick Sophisticated $10m and i am really leaning to 4c here sadly.....some valuable news to back it up and move on.
